Bin Laden calls on his supporters to attack oil firms

Leader of al-Qaida organization Osama Bin Laden has called on his supporters to concentrate their attacks on oil firms in Iraq and the Gulf states, considering that the strongest weapons against the USA.
This call came in a voice message issued on the Islamic site on the Internet and attributed to Osama Bin Laden.
Bin Laden stressed that weakening America in Iraq in the economic and moral fields is a "golden" opportunity that should not be missed.
However, clashes took place yesterday between gunmen and Iraqi national guards in Sheishbar area between al-Mahmoudeyah and al-Lteifeyah, where an oil line exists at a distance of 300 meters from a guards checkpoint.
An explosion of the oil line was heard half an hour from the clashes between the two sides and a column of smoke was seen rise clearly from the site of the explosion in the downtown of Baghdad.
Iraq has witnessed repeated attacks against oil firms in various parts of it that resulted in the eruption of fire and cut off oil exports for long periods of time especially near Karkouk, north of Iraq.
