More Israeli incursions, land confiscation, one Palestinian woman killed

The Israeli forces intend to confiscate hundreds of agricultural lands in Toulkarem area in order to install the security wall which would separate the West Bank from Israel ( the territories of 1948.)

The Israeli authorities handed the citizens of the villages al-Raas, Khurbet Jbara, and Far'oun to the south of Toulkarem province, a decision to confiscate more lands to install the separating wall. The decision which was issued by the commander of the central area in the Israeli army Moshe Kaflinski stated to confiscate hundreds of dunnums of the agricultural lands in these villages in the sites of Khalt Hameeda, Zeitoun al- Manakis; al-Murabba, al-Kassara, Khalayel al-Kharoub; Zeitoun al-Amayer and Khallet Soud.

An Israeli force backed by tanks on Thursday incurred into an area into the north of Gaza and destroyed a center for the Palestinian police. The Israeli radio said that the Israeli force opened also its shells at the Palestinian areas adjoining the center and arrested four Palestinians in Rafah.

Palestinian officials said that the Israeli army arrested the commander of the Hamas movement in Qalqilya, and the sources added that Wajeh Oweis, is a political official in the movement and not an activist at Ezz eddine al-Qassam group, the military wing of the movement.

Eye witnesses said that a 55 year old Palestinian woman was killed on Thursday near Toulkarem in an explosion whose reason was not known in the house of an activist in the Islamic Jihad movement. Hanina Idris was killed immediately in the explosion which took place at the hens house in the first floor of the house, while her son Eyad Abdul Ghani, 28 year old, was wounded. The two are working in the hens house in a house owned by Ahmad Yassin, the member in the Islamic Jihad movement.

Israeli military sources said that an explosive went off when an Israeli tank was running in Jenin on Thursday and no casualties were reported.

One Israeli army officer was wounded on Thursday as Palestinian fighters opened fire at him at Askar camp near Nablus.

Israeli sources said the Israeli army officer was wounded when one Palestinian opened fire at several Israeli soldiers from his pistol.
