Morocco still leading Africa on FIFA rankings

Morocco is still topping all African and Arab states on the FIFA rankings of December. Morocco comes in 24th with 615 points followed by South Africa (30th) with 597 points. Brazil won FIFA's team of the year award for the sixth successive time.

The award goes to the team which tops FIFA's rankings in December. Brazil's Copa America triumph helped them to hold off the second-place Czech Republic who lost just once this year. World champions France were third.
