New flights for Yemeni airlines to Africa

Abd El-Wahab Sadakah, the commercial manager of the Yemeni airline companies, said that opening two new lines on the first of the current month to Johannesburg, South Africa, and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania shows the company's concern for expanding its services and getting into promising markets that are less competitive than other areas.

He also emphasized opposition to privatizing the company soon.

He said the company is currently preparing to run a new line to Kuwait in the coming summer and to modernize its Sanaa - Tripoli, Libya line and that a new line will be run between Sanaa and Jakarta.
