Egyptian minister of endowments receives German ambassador in Cairo

Originally published

Egyptian Minister of Endowments Mahmud Hamdi Zakzouk received yesterday Peter Dingens, Germany's ambassador in Cairo, who was accompanied by the cultural counselor in the embassy.

The discussion between religions and civilizations was reviewed during the meeting in order to remove much of the misunderstanding and promote mutual respect, which could lead to cooperation between nations and peoples, especially between the Islamic and Western worlds, to establish peace and stability in the world.

The German ambassador displayed Germany's efforts to encourage and push the peace discussion among religions and civilizations, referring to the conference urged by former German President Roman Herzog for a discussion among the civilizations, in which Egypt participated in April.
