Moussa: signing Djibouti's document threatens the dissociation of south Sudan

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa expressed his astonishment for that a Sudanese governmental official and opposition leader - signed a document that specifies a time frame for the dissociation of southern Sudan, in reference to the document signed by Sudanese President Omar El-Bashir and the chief of Ummah party, El-Sadek El-Mahdi, in Djibouti last week.

Moussa said in a press conference in Doha before his return yesterday to Cairo, "We were surprised at reaching this document which includes an agreement with one of the opposition's wings, while there are other initiatives to reach a discussion between the government and the opposition as a whole."
