PLC condemns Israeli procedures to isolate Bethlehem

The Palestinian Legislative Council condemned yesterday the Israeli procedures in the Bethlehem area, depicting them as aggressive procedures and denouncing the settlement operations in Bethlehem area, the birthplace of Jesus Chirst.

In a statement, yesterday the Palestinian Legislative Council warned that the Israeli authorities are there to increase the settlment units in Bethlehem and join them to Ifrat settlement in south Bethlehem.

The council said this procedure aims at increasing the settlemnt activities and isolating Bethlehem from Jerusalem and besieging it with a circle of settlements.
