Speaker of the Chamber of Advisors (upper chamber of the Moroccan parliament), Mohamed Jalal Essaid, is leading a delegation of advisors to the plenary session of the European Parliament held this Dec. 2-3 in Brussels.

A statement of the chamber said the visit to the European Parliament, which is planning to create a Morocco - European friendship association, takes place as the Morocco - EU fisheries accord expired on Nov.30 and as the association agreement will enter into force after ratification by the two parliaments.
