Egypt praise for role in helping Albanian refugees
The official in the informational bureau of Kosovo in Cairo, Nakr Bedour, hailed today Egypt's humanitarian role toward the Albanian refugees of Kosovo, who were expelled from their homes and lands and were displaced in different countries due to Serbian aggressions.
In press statements, he said Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was the first president of an Arab and Islamic country to jump to rescue those people immediately by sending airplanes full of humanitarian aid and medical convoys to treat and save the injured and ill, among whom were children.
