Originally published

The Jordanian government expressed its relief for the Egyptian laborers that work in Jordan and said it considered them productive laborers who contributed to building the Jordanian economy and the economies of the other Arab states.

Jordanian Minister of Labor Aid El-Fayez depicted the Egyptian laborers in his country in his interview with the Egyptian radio Sawt al-Arab as being good and intimate and saying that Jordan does not feel any security problems with it, therefore all citizens and officials are pleased by them, especially as their alternative is foreign labor, which is not preferable to Jordan in all aspects.

The minister said the Jordan people feel relief in dealing with the Egyptian laborers because of the psychological, spiritual and physical nature of the Egyptian citizen.
