US investments in Bahrain

Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad Bin Mubarak al-Khaleifa met on Tuesday with a trade consultant at the US Department of Commerce, Jan Kalicki, currently visiting Manama.

The Gulf News Agency said the two sides discussed means of backing and developing economic relations between the two countries, especially in the area of investment and increasing the volume of trade exchange. This was expressed following the signing of an agreement on encouraging investment and ensuring mutual protection.
