Baghdad says it will continue exporting petroleum
Iraqi Minister of Petroleum Amer Mohamed Rashid said his country will not stop its petroleum exports, despite exceeding the amount specified in the oil-for-food agreement with the UN.
Rashid added that Iraq would continue producing and exporting petroleum as soon as it could without waiting for orders from anyone.
Meanwhile, inhabitants of Mezbania village, 360 kilometers southeast of Baghdad, are suffering from shock due to the US - UK shelling in their area, as a large hole close to the wreckage of houses shows the place where US missiles fell in an attack that was launched yesterday evening, due to which wreckage cut off electricity in the village and a large number of people were killed.
