On the margin of the Arab League's meetings, Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa met on Tuesday with Kuwaiti Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Soliman Maged Shahin and disscussed bilateral relations between Egypt and Kuwait, as well as regional and Arab cases.

Moreover, following the meeting, the Kuwaiti foreign minister stated that the talks took the shape of identical points of view between the two sides. He added that things are going in their correct course due to the two states' adherence to pushing them forward.

Meanwhile, as a response to a question on whether Saudi Arabia and Kuwait presented a proposal for lifting up the sanctions on Iraq in case of settling the Kuwaiti detainees' case, Shahin said, "I pointed out previously that this session of the Arab League is quiet because all the 42 political cases raised were transferred from previous meeting, and there weren't any controversial cases among the members and the session took its normal shape of not arousing cases which cause confrontation and clashes."

He added that the issues of lifting the sanctions on Iraq wasn't drafted or discussed on the Arab League's agenda.
