Moroccan Raja soccer club beats Ghana's hearts of oak

Moroccan first league soccer club "Raja of Casablanca" defeated Sunday at home 1-0 Ghanian team "Hearts of Oak" in their first qualifying match of the African champions league.

The Moroccan goal was netted by Redouane Lhimer at the 3rd minute of the first half.

In the match between Al-Ahly of Egypt and "Shooting Stars" of Nigeria, both in Morocco' group, Al-Ahly trounced the Nigerian 3-0 gleaning three points and taking the lead of the group ahead of Casablanca's Raja.

Next month, the Moroccans will meet Al-Ahly while "Shooting stars" will play against "hearts of Oak."
