Israel continues aggressions against south Lebanon

The Israeli occupation forces on Thursday bombarded the woods of Sujoud al-Rayhan and Aqmata in al-Tuffah district. News reports from south Lebanon said that the enemy artillery bombardment targeted the towns of Barachit, Hadatha, Eita al-Jabal and al-Zaatar mount.

The bombardment coincided with mopping up operations, using machine guns, against the said towns, while the occupation positions in Teir Harfa and al-Hardoun opened fire against the valleys and routes leading to these areas.

In the western Bekaa, the Israeli occupation forces bombarded Burket al-Jabbour, Jabal Abi Rashed, and the isolated area between al-Sarira town and Kafer Houna triangle.

A Lebanese resistance group attacked on Wednesday midnight an Israeli engineering force carrying out fortification works at the Israeli occupation position in Beer Klaab, using machine guns and rockets.

In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said on Thursday that the Lebanese resistance forces prevented the Israeli force from continuing its work, and direct hits were achieved.
