Iraqi paper criticizes Kuwait

The Iraqi daily al-Joumhureyah on Tuesday criticized Kuwaiti Minister of Trade Abdul Wahab al-Wazzam who said in a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Qabas issued on Monday that Kuwait should be the backbone for rebuilding Iraq after the era of Saddam. The Iraqi paper said the "creative and pioneering Iraqi people are not in need for others to build for them."
