Iraqi deputy premier confers with Palestinian official

Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Tareq Aziz met on Monday in Baghdad with the chairman of the Political Department of the PLO, Farouk Qaddoumi. The two sides discussed recent developments in relations between Iraq and the UN and challenges impeding the Arab states and means of unifying Arab ranks.
