Prime minister chairs first government council after illness

Moroccan Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi chaired on Thursday the first government council after the surgery to the head he underwent in June 20. Youssoufi, 75, left the Rabat Ibn Sina hospital on June 30.
