Afro-Asian Peoples Solidarity Organization condemns Israeli attack on Lebanon
The Afro-Asian Peoples' Solidarity Organization condemned yesterday the raids launched by Israel on Lebanon and the deliberate destruction of vital civil establishments.
The organization's statement yesterday said that the Israeli shelling also targeted innocent civilians as eight persons were killed while some 68 were injured, which forms a violation of Israel's commitment to the 1996 April Understanding, which bans targeting civilians in attacks.
The statement said the U.S.A intends today to blame Hizbullah on the pretext that it is the one that started launching Katyusha missiles on northern Israel, as if resisting the occupation is a crime that allows the occupation to carry out killing and destruction.
