Judgment on Monday in the case of Montazah palace

The supreme military court in Cairo is to issue its judgment in the case of Montazah Palace on coming Monday.

The court held a session yesterday evening under strict security procedures that lasted until dawn, in which it listened to commentary of the prosecution on the defense pleadings and the lawyers' last remarks.

The military prosecution demanded hard labor and execution for all suspects members of the Islamic Group after being charged with many offenses, topped by joining a secret military organization that seeks to topple the government by force and making a plan to invade the presidential palace in Alexandria during the summer season and assassinate officials inside.
