National conference for confronting settlements in Ramallah tomorrow

The Palestinian leadership urged wide participation in the national conference for confronting settlements, which will convene tomorrow in Ramallah, aiming at enhancing awarness of the escalation targeting all Palestinian areas. The Palestinian leadership said in a statement following its meeting yesterday under the chairmanship of President Yasser Arafat that, "The Israeli settlement policy forms a risk that aims at stealing Palestinian lands and cutting the roads before the Palestinian people in their struggle to establish the independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital."
