UN: Sudanese government, faction reach agreement that will help humanitarian operations

A UN spokesman said yesterday that the Sudanese government and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement have reached consensus on humanitarian issues, reaffirming their commitment to protocols reached in 1998 for use of road corridors.
