Volume of Egyptian petroleum products reaches 9 million tons

The production of Egyptian petroleum amounted during the first quarter of the current year to 9.886 million tons in comparison to 9.997 million tons during the same period of last year, while the production of natural gas and its derivatives amounted to 3.326 million tons in comparison to 3.315 million tons during the first quarter of last year.

A statement released by the Egyptian general organization of petroleum yesterday said the total local consumption of petroleum products and natural gas amounted during the first three months of the current year, to 8.6 million tons, in comparison to 8.651 million tons during the same period of the last year.
