Iraq urges international community to stand against US attacks
Iraq urged the international community to take a firm and a responsible stance toward the US attacks to which it is exposed.
El-Thawra newspaper, mouthpiece of the Iraqi Baath ruling party, said yesterday that the US attacks are aimed at civilian establishments and population in spite of Washington's allegation that its weapons are intelligent and that these weapons hit their targets accurately, adding that the United States is about to commit a major crime against the Iraqi people's rights like striking al-America orphan house in 1991.
The newspaper attacked the U.S. and Britain, describing them as two terrorist states operating outside of international law.
