Arafat in Dublin
Palestinian President Yasser Arafat said the Israeli-Palestinian peace process is passing through a very critical phase. He called on the international community to promote these negotiations and give them a push forward.
AFP said that Arafat announced in a press conference in Dublin following talks he held with Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern that the Palestinian - Israeli negotiations are completely frozen. He held Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu fully responsible for the deadlock.
