Lebanon and Hizbullah
Chairman of the Intelligence commission in the Israeli Army, Maj. Gen. Amos Malka has asserted that the Hizbullah organization does not intend to stop its activities against Israel, if Israel withdraws from Lebanon unilaterally. In his review of the latest security developments before members of the foreign affairs and security committee of the Israeli Knesset on Tuesday, Malka indicated the closeness recently maintained between the Lebanese government, the Hizbullah party and Lebanon.
He added that the Lebanese government gives the Hizbullah party the legality to work against Israel, Israel Radio reported.
