Conoco to apply for Saudi office

Conoco, Inc. said on Friday that it intends to apply for a permit to open an office in Saudi Arabia, which would be opened, if approved, by the middle of this year. "We believe it is time to establish an office in Saudi Arabia that can best support our pursuit of new business opportunities," a Conoco press release quoted Philip L. Frederickson, Conoco vice president of business development, as saying.
