Kuwait, China sign cultural cooperation agreement

Kuwait and China on Monday signed a three-year agreement on cultural cooperation. The agreement provides for reactivating cooperation between the two countries in the fields of culture, the arts, literature, the media, children, youths and education as well as exchanging art exhibitions, exchanging artistic troupes between the two countries and exchanging expertise in the fields of antiquities and manuscripts.

On the Kuwaiti side the agreement was signed by the secretary general of the national council for culture, the arts and literature and on the Chinese side by the deputy minister of culture.
