Palestinian development projects in Jerusalem

The board of directors of the Palestinian Jerusalem company for investment and construction completed a report including projects valued at $60 million.

The report said the company has decided to establish projects valued at $25 million to which it contributes, in addition to other investors that will contribute financially.

The report stated that there are different obstacles facing the contributors themselves and some of them concerning Israel, through a project to build a housing unit on 1,000 meters in El-Sheikh Jerah region in Jerusalem, and another project in Salah al-Din region that includes establishing trade shops, bureaus, parks near American Colony Hotel at a value of $12 million.

A housing project will also be established on 15,000 square meters at western Safafa house from East Jerusalem.
