A well-informed diplomatic source in Addis Ababa said that a high-ranking delegation including four ministers led by Foreign Minister Seyoum Mesfin will visit Sanaa on April 9 to take part in the joint higher ministerial committee which will last for three days.

The source added that the Ethiopian delegation will concentrate on talks with the Yemeni officials on fostering relations between Sanaa and Addis Ababa in all areas, as well as to discuss conditions in the African Horn, especially the Somali crisis.

The source added that the talks "will avail the chance to exchange viewpoints and contribute to reactivating Arab-African cooperation."

Addis Ababa asked Sanaa to hand over several Ethiopian opposition leaders "Oromo liberation front" in accordance with the security agreement signed between the two countries in August 1998.
