Azam's two brothers visit him on Greater Bairam
The two brothers of convicted Israeli spy Azam Azam arrived in Cairo today to visit Azam in Tora prison on Saturday, the first day of the Greater Bairam.
Egyptian diplomatic sources said the two brothers, Samy and Fendi, carry a new verbal message from Israeli officials about the efforts exerted to free Azam. Israel presented four requests to Egypt during the last month to free him after releasing Egyptian prisoner Mahmoud El-Sawarka, but Egypt has refused these requests.
Moreover, Egyptian officials confirmed that the issue of Azam is not currently being discussed.
