British minister of state confers with GCC secretary

British Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Derek Fatchett met on Monday in London with Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Jamil al-Hujeilan to discuss relations between Britain and the GCC and issues of mutual concern.

A statement released by the British Foreign Ministry said the two sides held talks on the situation in the Gulf region and means of strengthening cooperation in the Gulf. Al-Hujeilan arrived in London on Sunday on an official visit to the UK. The visit will last for several days.
