King Hussein's funeral oration in Alexandria

Victory College in Alexandria held a funeral oration yesterday afternoon for the late Jordanian King Hussein Bin Talal on the 40th day after his death.

Jordan participated with a formal delegation chaired by Prince Zied Bin Shaker, representatives of King Abdullah Bin Hussein and the head of the noble's council, Zied al-Refie in the oration.

The head of the college, Ahmed Samir said that it was decided to hold a contest between the college's students under the patronage of its art teachers to establish a statue for the late king Hussein Bin Talal to be put in a private hall bearing his name and including some of his personal belongings

The college will also start a scholarship in his name for students from Egypt and Arab states.
