President al-Assad gets a message from Sultan Qaboos of Oman

Syrian President Hafez al-Assad on Saturday in Damascus received Omani Minister of Higher Education Yahyah Bin Mahouz al-Munziri and members of his accompanying delegation who conveyed a message from Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman.

Earlier in the day, Syrian Higher Education Minister Dr. Salha Sanqar discussed with her Omani counterpart means of strengthening cooperation in the area of scientific research and exchanging scientific expertise between the two countries.
