Morocco, Andorra to sign accord on inmates repatriation

Morocco and Andorra will sign shortly an accord to allow Moroccan and Andorran inmates serve their jail terms at home, spokesman of the Andorran government, Eric Casadevall said. The accord will enter into force as of its conclusion next may, Casadevall said.
