Lahoud forsees qualitative turning point in Lebanese economy

Lebanese President Emile Lahoud has said there will be a forthcoming qualitative economic turning point in drawing up the state's general budget and the economic plan it will be based on.

During his reception Wednesday of a delegation of Lebanese businesswomen, President Lahoud expressed hopes of reviving the economic sector after the budget is issued, as well as hopes of realizing a new impetus in economic and investment conditions in Lebanon.
