Moroccan Government's Program is Revolutionary, Jordanian Minister Says
Visiting Jordanian parliamentary affairs and administrative development minister, Bassam Ammouch, described as "revolutionary" the program of the Moroccan center-left coalition government.
Ammouch, who was meeting Moroccan minister in charge of relations with the Parliament, Mohamed Bouzoubaa, said the program of the Moroccan government "is revolutionary and arouses the interest of the Jordanian officials."
The Jordanian official voiced hope that the Moroccan alternation experience will succeed, adding that this experience serves as a model for the consolidation of democracy in the Arab world.
He also called for the promotion of cooperation ties between the Moroccan and Jordanian legislative institutions.
Ammouch arrived last Sunday in Morocco with a message to King Hassan II from Jordan's King Abdullah Ibn Al-Hussein.
