King Abdullah of Jordan Sends Message to King Hassan II

Jordanian Administrative Development and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Bassam Ammouch arrived in Casablanca on Sunday with a message from Jordan's King Abdullah bin al-Hussein to King Hassan II.

This is the first visit to Morocco by a Jordanian senior official since King Abdullah came to power after the death of his father, the late King Hussein, earlier this year.

Ammouch told the press upon arrival that he would hold talks with Moroccan civil service and administrative reform minister, Aziz Housni, on the implementation of a Moroccan-Jordanian cooperation accord in administrative fields.
