Originally published

The Executive Bureau of the Arab Organization of Civil Aviation opens this Monday in Rabat a meeting to look into liberalization of inter-Arab air transport and ways of reinforcing cooperation ties in air safety and airport management.

Participants will also assess the progress made by Arab states in the implementation of the accord signed two years ago for the gradual liberalization of the transport of goods.

The agenda of the two-day encounter also includes discussions on the current situation of the Arab air transport market and the ongoing Arab airliners' preparations to counter the challenges posed by the liberalization of world air transport.
