Crown Prince Sidi Mohammed to visit India, prime minister announces

Morocco's Crown Prince Sidi Mohammed will visit India shortly, Moroccan Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi announced over the weekend.

"The forthcoming official visit to India of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Sidi Mohammed will be another high point in our bilateral relations," Youssoufi said at a dinner banquet hosted on Saturday in Rabat in honor of India's premier, Atal Vajpayee.

Vajpayee who arrived in Morocco Saturday and left Sunday said his visit is meant to give a new impetus to the ties of cooperation binding Rabat and New Delhi.

Three important cooperation accords were concluded during the visit in the fields of investments, tourism and information.
