Report: Iraqi security delegation in Moscow

The French news bulletin Top Urgent has reported that an Iraqi security delegation arrived in Moscow at the beginning of this week on a mission pertaining to obtaining communications systems which are able to resist the systems used by the US, Britain and Israel.

The French Bulletin said this Iraqi step was taken following the disclosure that UNSCOM used such systems in listening to telecommunications contacts of the Iraqi leadership.
