French -Egyptian company for marketing medicines in Africa
The first Egyptian medicine shipment arrived yesterday to the African country Mauritius in the first commercial dealing between the two countries.
Dr. Galal Ghorab, the head of the Egyptian holding company for medicine, said in a special statement to ArabicNews.com today that the establishment of an Egyptian - French joint company to market Egyptian medicine in the African continent is currently being discussed . The company would be located in Cairo with "many branches in many African countries," he said.
Ghorab stated that the Egyptian medicine sector currently considers it a priority to activate Egyptian exports to Africa, especially when studies proved the likelihood of achieving an increase in Egypt's exports of medicine if they participated in the African market.
