Ericson wins a contract of upgrading Syrian phones

The Swedish company Ericson working in the field of wire and wireless communications has won a $ 13.6 contract for upgrading the phone network in Damascus.

The regional bureau of Ericson in Cairo in a statement said that Ericson will upgrade the performance of the communication sector in the Syrian capital Damascus, adding that this contract is not the first of its kind in Syria where Erickson has a $120 million contract to import and install modern electronic phone exchanges in different Syrian governorate.
