El-Turabi is visiting Doha today

Hassan El-Turabi, the chairman of the Sudanese national council, is paying a one-week unofficial visit to Doha, made at the invitation of the Qatar Center for the Future Studies to deliver political and religious lectures.

During his visit, El-Turabi is going to meet with Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani, Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Al-Thani and Mohammed Bin Mubarak El-Khalifa, the head of the Qatari consultation council.

Sudanese sources confirmed that discussions regarding the developments in the Arab arena will be tackled, topped by the Iraqi crisis, enhancing Arab solidarity to confront various challenges and supporting parliamentary cooperation between Qatar and Sudan.
