European Union grants Mauritania 11.2 ecu

The European Union granted Mauritania 11.2 million ecus destined to back the country's economic structural adjustment program.

The EU assistance will also help Mauritania to go forward in its structural efforts, alleviate the heavy burden of foreign debts and fund several infrastructure and socioeconomic development projects.
