Qatari FM: Damascus Declaration countries did not include approve of strikes on Iraq

Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin Jabir said that the November statement of the Damascus Declaration countries did not include approval of military strikes against Iraq and that Qatar did not give, as it has been reported, license to strike Iraq, saying, "We were trying to make our brothers in Iraq aware of the dangerous situation to make Iraq avoid a military strike."
