Coke to distribute from Gaza

US Secretary of Commerce William Daley announced yesterday that a Coca Cola distributing plant will open in conjunction with the Gaza Industrial Estate, adding that Coca Cola has invested $400 million in the Middle East and North Africa over the last five years and employs 100 people in Ramallah. The goal of the Gaza Industrial Estate is to eventually provide 20,000 jobs, the text of Daley's prepared statement said.
