Moussa hails Zayed's call for Arab summit
Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa hailed the call of United Arab Emirates' President Sheikh Zayed for convening an Arab summit every year, describing this call as positive.
Answering reporters, Moussa said this call enhances the continuous Arab consultation on higher levels, which should be fulfilled.
Moussa added that President Hosni Mubarak's view agrees with reaching this aim through Egyptian foreign and diplomatic policy and that this policy always works toward continuous consultations and activation between the Arab states, either in the form of a summit or cooperation between foreign ministers or the Arab League or the assemblies working under the name of the Arab League, such as the Damascus Declaration countries or Gulf Cooperation Council.
