Sweden bans money orders to Morocco

Sweden decided to ban issuing money orders destined to Morocco in view of increasing complaints of lost orders by addressees. The Swedish posts authorities advised the concerned persons to send their money through bank channels.

Some 7,000 Moroccan nationals are settled in Sweden. No Moroccan bank has a branch in the Nordic nation and the Moroccan carrier Royal Air Maroc services no direct flights to Sweden either.
