Syrian vice president to visit China

At the invitation of the National Committee of the Chinese Consultative Conference, Syrian Vice President Muhammad Zuheir Masharqa will pay a visit to China, leading senior Baath party officials.

During the visit, Masharqa will hold talks with senior Chinese officials on the long-standing relationships between the progressive national front and the national committee of the Chinese Consultative Conference and sign a friendship and cooperation agreement between the Syrian front and the Chinese National committee for the next years and exchanging views on best ways to develop the good relations between Syria all and China.
